There are various cross-country trails in the Kaunertal with a total length of approx. 20 km. The Kaunertal cross-country skiing centre is located in the valley village of Feichten. The region's cross-country trails extend along the valley floor to the Kaunertal Glacier cable car toll station. At 8 km in length, the Kaunertal circuit with its flat passages, fast descents and steep climbs is the longest cross-country trail in the surrounding area. A few shorter trails of 1 km in length offer an easy level and are therefore particularly suitable for beginners.
