Igls

The idyllic and hospitable village of Igls is located at an altitude of around 870 metres at the foot of Innsbruck's local mountain, the Patscherkofel, and in close proximity to the city of Innsbruck. Against a magnificent mountain backdrop, you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy your holiday to the full. In addition to the family-friendly ski area on the local mountain, you can also enjoy ice skating, tobogganing or cross-country skiing.

A wonderful natural idyll awaits you on the surrounding winter hiking trails. Igls and the Patscherkofel have been the venue for the Winter Olympics several times. Among other things, you can explore the Olympic bobsleigh run or the famous "Bergisel" ski jump (approx. 3 km away). This successful mix of activity and relaxation is particularly suitable for families and will give you a wonderful break.
