Ski area Brévent - Flégère (Chamonix)
In Chamonix, the Brévent and Flégère ski areas offer two varied ski destinations with breathtaking Alpine panoramas. The south-facing Brévent impresses with its predominantly red, sporty pistes and spectacular views of Mont Blanc - ideal for advanced skiers and freestyle fans. On the opposite side, Flégère offers sunny, wide and well-groomed descents that are particularly suitable for beginners, connoisseurs and families. Both areas impress with modern lift systems, impressive views of the Chamonix valley and perfect conditions for an unforgettable skiing holiday in the French Alps.
A real challenge is the 3.5-kilometre-long "Pylônes" piste on the Grands Montets, which covers a difference in altitude of 1,300 metres. For ski tours, you should not do without the company of a professional mountain guide. A snowpark with various elements, snowbowl and boardercross provides absolute fun for snowboarders at Grands Montets.
If you want to experience even more deep snow feeling, for example in the legendary Vallée Blanche with its wonderful 20 kilometres of freeride pistes, you should use the "Mont Blanc Unlimited" lift pass. This gives you access to approx. 870 km of pistes and unlimited use of the lifts in Courmayeur (Italy), Crans Montana (Switzerland) or the large Evasion Mont Blanc ski area.

An artificial ice rink, a swimming pool, two tennis/squash courts, a climbing hall, a sauna and a fitness centre offer plenty of opportunities to keep fit. You can experience the thrill of paragliding or ice climbing. You can explore nature on the winter hiking trails around Chamonix or on a snowshoe hiking tour against the backdrop of Mont Blanc. A simple stroll through Chamonix with its different architectural eras is also worthwhile: Admire art deco façades and hotels from the Belle Époque, old farms and mighty villas, contrasting chalets and old churches. The Alpine Museum is a must for mountaineers.
