Three snowboard areas with half pipes, boardercross and other extras round out the fantastic offer. For beginners, at every station there are level slopes; the tree-free slopes at the Belle Plagne are especially good for a first try.
With an upgrade to the "Paradiski" lift pass, you have daily access to Les Arcs' and La Plagne's total 425 kilometres of piste (see ski region), which are connected with the modern “Vanoise Express” - starting in the neighbouring resort of Montchavon. Furthermore, with the 6 days lift pass "Paradiski Illimité" you can make use of even more delights, such as a half day skiing on the afternoon of your arrival day, one free entry at the Village Igloo Arc 2000 ice cave and much more (see info on site).
Night skiing Les Coches
The ski region Paradiski is a true paradise also when it comes to night skiing. Night skiing fun can be had on the pistes in Les Arcs in the evening. Three night ski pistes are available for skiing in the evening: In Les Arcs 1600, the approx. 1 km blue piste is illuminated, and the 3-person chairlift Combettes takes night skiers up to the piste during the extended opening hours. Another floodlit piste can be found in Les Arcs 1800 further up the mountain. Here, the 6-person chairlift Marmottes leads to another, also approx. 1 km blue piste. Thanks to both pistes' easy level of difficulty night skiing by floodlight is possible for everybody.A night ski highlight for freestylers and snowboarders can be found in the area "Mille 8" in Les Arcs' district Chantel. Nearby the Villard gondola's mountain station you can find the snowpark "Les Bosses". The fun areal is illuminated by LED lights every Thursday until 20:30. From Les Coches the night ski areas can be reached by Vanoise Express.
