Ski holidays Les Orres – sunny ski paradise for families!
Les Orres
The small resort Les Orres is located in the National Park Les Ecrins and is covered with larch forests and provides great snow conditions in winter. If you decide to stay here you can enjoy a beautiful panorama view of the Hautes-Alpes and the magnificent Serre-Ponçon lake. The resort is divided into three villages named after their altitude: Les Orres 1550, Les Orres 1650 and Les Orres 1800. At an altitude of 1650 m, you can find the main resort "Station Central" and many hotel and apartment complexes. Further up you'll find the more cosy "Bois Méan" part, with larger chalet buildings with wooden-clad facades, which offer a more mountain-village atmosphere but with modern flair. Three resorts in one - that creates a very special charm and also means there is a good offer of diverse activities available. To make the full range of offers accessible, free ski buses run between the resorts. Especially for families the leisure time offers are diverse and numerous. Young parents can benefit from allround child care service for the smallest ones from 6 months to 5 years. Further there are hikes, tobogganing and ice skating on offer - to name only a few!
