Cross-country St. Jean d'Arves

Information on cross-country skiing

32 km Cross-country trails (in km):

In total, there are around 32 kilometres of cross-country ski trails in the Les Sybelles ski area, all of which can be used free of charge. In the immediate vicinity of Saint Sorlin d'Arves, there are some smaller practice trails with a total of 4 kilometres of trails, which are ideal for your first attempts on cross-country skis and offer great views.

You can test your newly acquired or existing skills on the high-altitude trail "Le Clos" in the neighbouring village of Le Corbier. This easy, approx. 2 km long trail is located at an altitude of 1,600 - 1,700 metres and boasts fantastic panoramic views. The "Garney et Lombardaz" trail, also in Le Corbier, and the "Champ Perousaz" trail in La Toussuire, each approx. 6 km long, are recommended for advanced and fit cross-country skiers.
