Ski holidays Lam - idyllic holiday oasis!
Lam
The climatic health resort of Lam is located in the Lamer Winkel region, idyllically nestled in the valley between Arber, Osser, Kaitersberg and Hohenbogen. You can relax and unwind in the tranquil town centre with its St. Ulrich church, spa gardens and lovely restaurants. In the 15th century, silver and copper mining flourished in the area around Lam, and the "Fürstenzeche" mine, which closed in 1732, is now used as a visitor mine and for healing and therapy. For sports enthusiasts, the neighbouring ski resorts of Arber, Hohenbogen and Eck offer a variety of slopes, including the World Cup run in the Arber ski resort and the snowboard fun park in Eck. For those who prefer a quieter pace, Lam is an ideal starting point for enjoying the clear air on the surrounding winter hiking trails or exploring the area on the extensive network of cross-country ski trails.
