Ski holidays Titisee-Neustadt - skiing fun in the heart of the Black Forest!

Titisee-Neustadt

In the heart of the Black Forest lies the health resort of Titisee-Neustadt, home to Lake Titisee, one of Europe's most popular tourist destinations. Titisee-Neustadt is a popular holiday resort due to its temperate climate and is a good starting point for exploring the beautiful countryside. The town offers plenty of variety at an altitude of approx. 846 m. If you are looking for rest and relaxation under tropical palm trees, the "Badeparadies Schwarzwald" water park is the place for you. Here you will find a wave pool and numerous water slides, as well as steam baths, themed saunas and a wide range of spa facilities. The surrounding hills of Titisee-Neustadt offer the best conditions for great winter fun. From the observation tower on the Hochfirst, Neustadt's local mountain, you can enjoy an impressive view of the Feldberg massif, Lake Titisee and even the Alps. The Hochfirstschanze is the largest natural ski jump in Germany. The famous Feldberg with its varied winter sports centre is only about 20 km away from Titisee-Neustadt.

Black Forest

Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte (Black Forest cherry cake), Cuckoo clocks and the "Bollenhut" (traditional women's hat) - all this is typical for the Black Forest region and enjoys world-wide recognition. 160 km long and approx. 60 km wide is the expanse of this central German mountain range, covering 11,400 m² in close proximity to Switzerland and France. The Black Forest, with its more than 70 peaks over 1,000 m altitude, is the highest of the German central mountain ranges. Sporty Alpine skiers, expectant cross-country goers, loves of good wine and cuisine and all those looking for some relaxation and pampering, are welcome to experience the benefits of the Black Forest.
