Schöneck (Skiwelt) Ski area
At the IFA Schöneck Hotel & Holiday Park, ski lifts are right on your doorstep, offering unique views of the vast winter landscape. On two slopes facing each other, the ‘Skiwelt Schöneck’ offers a range of runs totalling approx. 2.5 kilometres in length.
On the 750-metre-long Hohe Reuth ski slope, a four-seater chair lift takes you up to the start of the red piste. On the opposite slope, Streugrün, a 510-metre-long black piste awaits experienced skiers to explore. There, a children’s lift also invites young skiers to enjoy their first skiing experiences, whilst modern snow-making systems ensure consistently good slope conditions.

Night skiing Schöneck (Skiwelt)
Anyone at the Schöneck Ski Resort who still hasn’t had their fill of skiing after a day on the slopes can simply keep their skis on even after dark on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays. That’s when Schöneck comes alive with ‘night skiing’! Skiers can then continue to carve their turns in the snow under floodlights on a total of 2 km of pistes. On the three evenings mentioned, night skiing is available until 8 pm. Whatever takes your fancy: we’ve got everything you could wish for! Right here in the holiday park, you’ll find plenty of restaurants that look forward to welcoming you and treating you to international specialities. At the “Beer & Whisky Kontor”, you can reflect on the day’s events and then hit the dance floor.
If you’re still looking for action or relaxation in the evening, you’ll find it at “Aqua World”: this tropical water park features several pools, giant slides and a large wellness area. You’ll also find tennis and squash courts, a fitness centre, a skittles and bowling alley, the “Intergalactic Adventure World” and a play centre within the holiday park. In winter, you can play Bavarian curling at the multi-sports facility.
